Part‑Time Customer Service Representative (Teller)

About the role
Riddell National Bank is seeking enthusiastic part‑time Customer Service Representatives to work as tellers across its branches. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling routine transactions and providing friendly, accurate service.
Key responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers and other banking transactions.
- Answer customer inquiries in person and via phone, directing them to appropriate services.
- Maintain accurate cash drawers and reconcile daily balances.
- Promote bank products and services when appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible part‑time hours.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
