Pipeline Builder

About the role

We are seeking a Pipeline Builder to join our talent acquisition team in Nairobi. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing both active and passive candidates to support current and future hiring needs.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high‑demand, niche, and recurring positions.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies to ensure a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Create and manage talent pools for future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and advanced Boolean searches.
• Conduct talent market research and mapping activities.
• Perform initial screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Present qualified candidates to recruiters and hiring teams.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline health, sourcing activity, and candidate availability.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruitment sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines independently.
• Strong research, sourcing, and candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience reaching out to passive candidates and nurturing talent communities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and meet deadlines.
