Platform Engineer - Operations

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, inspiring leader to drive the creation, prototyping and continuous evolution of digital products and experiences. The Platform Engineer – Operations will work closely with clients and internal teams, balancing deep focus with big‑picture thinking to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients to define project needs and keep work progressing.
• Set and uphold design thinking standards, ship deliverables, create design guidelines, and codify best practices.
• Concept, iterate, prototype and test solutions that are strategic, elegant and simple.
• Analyze complex systems, distill insights and develop inventive solutions through experimentation.
• Ground work in a deep understanding of client objectives and push strategic insights to expand creative opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading teams that deliver high‑impact digital products, experiences or content.
• Track record of managing, training and mentoring design teams, providing clear direction.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑disciplinary partners and senior leaders.
• Strong problem‑solving skills to unblock roadblocks and drive inventive outcomes.
• Excellent verbal and visual presentation abilities to communicate process, approach and impact.

Required skills

• Design thinking and user‑centered design methodologies.
• Prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Experience with digital product development workflows.
• Strong visual communication and presentation skills.
