PMO Analyst

About the role

Emerald Clinical Trials is seeking a detail‑oriented PMO Analyst to strengthen project oversight across clinical and business initiatives. You will support the Project Management Office by maintaining standards, delivering insightful reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and maintenance of PMO standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Assist study teams with timeline tracking and status updates.
• Prepare status reports, presentations, and governance materials for senior leadership.
• Facilitate governance processes such as stage‑gates, audits, and reporting cycles.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to improve adherence to SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Support change‑management and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Assist in organising and facilitating Project Management Forum meetings.
• Contribute to the development of tools and processes for high‑quality documentation.
• Support project resourcing activities, including coordination for holiday cover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in a PMO, project coordination, or analytical role, preferably within a CRO or pharmaceutical organization.
