Product Manager – Freight Pricing

About the role

Amazon Freight is creating a next‑generation transportation service and needs a product manager to shape the pricing strategy for its new offerings. You will own the profitability and conversion metrics of freight pricing, working across technical, operational and financial teams to deliver a transparent, customer‑focused solution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the pricing strategy and roadmap for Amazon Freight products.
• Own pricing profitability, conversion metrics and business‑goal optimization.
• Gather and prioritize requirements, balancing feature trade‑offs and product delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and senior leadership to align pricing initiatives with overall business objectives.
• Leverage AI tools to improve pricing efficiency and accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of owning product roadmaps and delivering end‑to‑end solutions.
• Experience influencing senior leaders with data‑driven insights.
• Ability to work across functional teams and navigate ambiguous environments.
