Project Manager

About the role

The organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional initiatives, align stakeholders, and ensure delivery using Agile SDLC practices and modern productivity tools.

Key responsibilities

• Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timeline through a standardized framing exercise.
• Facilitate stakeholder identification and engagement to keep the right people informed.
• Guide the project team in Agile‑Scrum practices and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet.
• Communicate tasks, secure ownership, manage changes, and use MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook for collaboration.
• Coordinate multi‑department meetings, track RAID items, remove obstacles, and act as liaison between teams and senior management.
• Build AI‑driven tools to support day‑to‑day project management activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of corporate experience with at least 3 years in project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure and facilitate consensus across all levels.
• Self‑starter with a strong sense of accountability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Smartsheet and Microsoft Project.
• Experience using MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum SDLC environments.
• Familiarity with SharePoint for document collaboration.
• Use of AI coding applications to enhance productivity.
