Property Cleaner

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Property Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of our residential and commercial premises in Ruiru. The role involves daily cleaning of common areas, outdoor spaces, and waste management to ensure a welcoming environment for tenants and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean staircases, corridors, hallways, and other shared areas daily, including sweeping, mopping, dusting and sanitising.
• Maintain outdoor areas such as parking lots, walkways and compound grounds by removing litter and debris.
• Collect, segregate and dispose of waste according to property guidelines, emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely, report any health or safety hazards, and store equipment properly after use.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, report shortages and assist with special cleaning assignments as directed by management.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a cleaning or similar role, preferably in residential or commercial properties.
• Mature, responsible, honest and dependable.
• Strong attention to detail and good time‑management skills.
• Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties independently with minimal supervision.
