Property Manager

About the role

The Property Manager will oversee the daily operations, maintenance and tenant relations for a portfolio of properties in Westlands, Nairobi. This full‑time position ensures properties are secure, well‑maintained and financially performing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily property operations, coordinate repairs and service providers, and conduct regular inspections.
• Manage tenant onboarding, lease administration, renewals, and promptly resolve complaints.
• Prepare and monitor property budgets, service charge reconciliations, rent collections and arrears.
• Produce landlord reports, occupancy updates and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Drive occupancy growth through marketing, client acquisition and lease negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements, statutory regulations and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in property management, tenant relations and business development.
• Strong understanding of property operations, budgeting and landlord reporting.
