About the role
The organization is seeking a dynamic Radio Host and Program Presenter to lead live and recorded broadcasts in Kikuyu. The role focuses on delivering faith‑based and community‑oriented content that resonates with the Kikuyu audience.
Key responsibilities
- Host live and recorded radio programs in Kikuyu.
- Prepare and research content for each show.
- Engage listeners with faith‑based and community‑focused material.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate discussions.
- Maintain a professional on‑air presence.
Required profile
- Previous on‑air broadcasting experience.
- Excellent Kikuyu language skills (mandatory).
- Engaging and dynamic presentation style.
- Knowledge of Seventh‑day Adventist (SDA) doctrines and teachings.
- Ability to connect with the Kikuyu community.
- Baptized and practicing Seventh‑day Adventist.
- Deep understanding of SDA doctrines.
- Experience in church administration.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including non‑standard broadcasting times.
- Strong communication skills.
