Recruitment Officer (Reliever)

About the role

The role holder will support the delivery and achievement of the organisation's recruitment strategy and talent delivery to various clients, executing end‑to‑end recruitment projects from sourcing to placement while maintaining communication and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Execute end‑to‑end search assignments using the ATS and other tools to source top talent for clients.
• Evaluate candidate fit through pre‑screening, competency‑based interviews and prepare detailed recruitment reports.
• Engage directly with clients on talent needs, advise on job descriptions, market trends and salary benchmarks to ensure the right fit.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts for client meetings to support business conversion.
• Manage feedback processes for candidates and clients throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Conduct risk assessments, including reference and background checks, to thoroughly vet candidates.

Required profile

• University degree in Business or a related field, with a postgraduate diploma in HR Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of talent‑acquisition experience.
• Strong collaboration, innovative and solution‑oriented mindset.
• Agile and effective relationship‑management skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organisational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Application Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office suite.
