About the role

Eskimi is seeking an ambitious and empathetic Regional People Partner to support its global growth from Nairobi. The role blends international talent acquisition with local People operations, ensuring a seamless employee experience across borders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple international markets, sourcing, headhunting and managing full‑cycle hiring for diverse roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and global leaders to define workforce needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver a positive, candidate‑centric recruitment experience.
• Manage local People functions including employee relations, global mobility coordination and workplace operations.
• Align local HR practices with Eskimi’s global People frameworks.
• Advise regional leadership on workforce, workplace and operational topics, identifying improvement opportunities.
