Relationship Manager – Infrastructure & Energy

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Infrastructure & Energy will drive the bank’s strategy for the Infrastructure and Energy portfolio, aligning with overall corporate objectives. This senior position focuses on acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and delivering profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the Infrastructure & Energy portfolio strategy and achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new Infrastructure & Energy clients while expanding the sustainable portfolio.
• Collaborate with product, sector and business teams to deliver integrated financial solutions and cross‑sell bank services.
• Maintain portfolio quality within approved risk appetite, monitoring NPL and PAR thresholds.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, bank policies and operational procedures.
• Build and deepen strategic relationships with key clients, delivering exceptional service to drive loyalty and long‑term value.

Required profile

• University degree from a recognised institution.
• At least five (5) years of experience in the financial/banking sector.
• Minimum three (3) years in corporate relationship management within Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering or Energy sectors.
• Five (5) years of experience in credit and financial analysis and client portfolio management.
• Strong knowledge of trade and transaction banking products and deep understanding of Infrastructure & Energy value chains.
