About the role
Ideon Limited is seeking a proactive Relationship Officer to join its team in Westlands, Kenya. The role focuses on building and maintaining strong client relationships, supporting loan disbursement processes, and ensuring high‑quality customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Attract new clients and retain existing ones through effective relationship management.
- Achieve loan disbursement and collection targets set by the organization.
- Provide timely, courteous, and professional service to all clients.
Required profile
- Minimum diploma or bachelor's degree in a business‑related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a loan officer, collection officer, or relationship officer.
- Strong communication, customer service, and negotiation abilities.
