Remote CAD Expert – Contract

About the role

We are seeking a skilled CAD Expert to join a global engineering services leader on a contract basis. Working remotely, you will create and refine detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, collaborating closely with engineers and designers to ensure design accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop precise CAD drawings and schematics from specifications and sketches.
• Modify existing CAD models to align with updated project requirements.
• Verify dimensional accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Support cross‑functional teams in resolving design discrepancies.
• Maintain organized CAD libraries and documentation for project continuity.

Required profile

• Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Revit.
• Strong background in both 2D drafting and 3D modeling techniques.
• Ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and engineering blueprints.
• High attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in CAD design.
