Remote Litigation Attorney (Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Litigation Attorney to join a leading legal services provider on a contract basis. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while handling a variety of civil litigation matters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs under supervision.
• Assist with discovery, including document review, depositions, and interrogatories.
• Analyze case law, statutes, and precedents to develop case strategies.
• Prepare and file court documents in compliance with rules and deadlines.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to manage case workflows and meet litigation timelines.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Minimum three years of civil litigation experience.
• Strong analytical, writing, and detail‑orientation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Westlaw.
• Proficiency with LexisNexis.
