Replenishment Driver

About the role

The Replenishment Driver is responsible for safely transporting the company’s gas cylinders and related materials between the filling premises and various distribution centres. The role requires punctual, accurate deliveries and collections while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver filled gas cylinders to designated container locations and collect empty cylinders according to SOPs.
• Perform pre‑trip checks, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and ensure all accessories (first aid kit, fire extinguisher, tool kit) are present.
• Maintain valid statutory licences (EPRA, NTSA), insurance, inspection, branding, and inter‑county permits.
• Drive the vehicle in compliance with the Kenya Traffic Act and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
• Achieve quick turnaround times at stock locations and meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with Container Coordinators, Loaders/Off‑loaders, Direct Sales Agents, and other colleagues.

Required profile

• Valid Class C driving licence and EPRA licence.
• At least 2 years of driving experience in a corporate environment.
• Certificate of good conduct.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Availability on call while on duty.
