Resource & Partnerships Assistant

About the role

The International Transformation Foundation (ITF) is seeking a motivated intern to support its resource and partnership activities. This role offers hands‑on experience in a youth‑led nonprofit environment focused on education, entrepreneurship, and community development in Kenya.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing relationships with donors, partners, and grant‑making organisations.
• Support the preparation and submission of grant proposals and related documentation.
• Help maintain accurate records of resources, donations, and partnership agreements.
• Contribute to the monitoring and reporting of partnership activities and outcomes.
• Provide administrative support for events, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Current university student or recent graduate with an interest in nonprofit work and youth development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
