About the role
The school is looking for an immediate hire to lead its internship program. The position involves managing relationships with partner companies, coordinating student placements, and ensuring smooth operational flow.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, contact, and follow up with companies and organisations offering internship opportunities.
- Maintain a database of internship offers and track placement progress.
- Coordinate student visits, on‑site assessments, and required documentation.
- Travel as needed to meet partners and represent the school at external events.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in internship coordination or a related HR function.
- Fluent French with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational abilities, rigorous work ethic, and diplomatic approach.
- Willingness to travel and manage multiple stakeholder relationships.
- Highly motivated and committed to supporting student development.
Required skills
- Proficiency with computer tools for data management and communication.
- Advanced French language proficiency.
