About the role

Global Food Ventures (GFV) is expanding its virtual brand network across Kenya and is looking for experienced hospitality professionals to become Restaurant Growth Partners. In this independent, commission‑based role you will connect restaurants with GFV’s delivery‑first brand system, helping them unlock new revenue streams using existing kitchen capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Identify restaurants with unused kitchen capacity in Kenya.
• Introduce owners and operators to GFV’s virtual brand model.
• Guide partners through the onboarding and launch process for delivery‑focused brands.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of restaurant partners.
• Support partners to ensure successful brand launches and ongoing performance.
• Expand GFV’s kitchen network throughout the Kenyan market.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the hospitality or restaurant sector.
• Strong, existing relationships with restaurant owners or operators in Kenya.
• Ability to work independently and manage a partner pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
