About the role
As the SSA Route to Market (RTM) and Sales Force Efficiency (SFE) Lead, you will own the regional RTM strategy and work closely with clusters and markets to optimise distribution, sales force performance and commercial planning for Haleon’s consumer health brands.
Key responsibilities
- Define and implement best‑in‑class RTM models across the region, supporting new market entries and optimisation of existing routes.
- Drive salesforce effectiveness, distributor management, trade terms, commercial plans and demand forecasting.
- Increase coverage and distribution to meet prescribed distributor standards and improve operational effectiveness (e.g., warehousing, stock management).
- Collaborate on a standardised distributor management framework and embed it across markets.
- Develop insights with distributor partners, leveraging deep customer, channel and distributor data.
- Ensure key KPIs for perfect‑store execution (MSL, SOS, POG, Promo, POSM, CARD, Positioning, Brand Blocking, Availability) are met.
- Enhance tools and processes such as CRM systems and Power BI reports to generate actionable insights and support local teams.
Required profile
- Proven experience executing RTM and SFE strategies at a regional or multi‑market level.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate customer and channel insights into actionable plans.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, clusters and local market stakeholders.
- Track record of building high‑performing teams and driving field‑force effectiveness.
- Familiarity with segmentation, targeting and performance‑monitoring frameworks.
