Sales Admin

About the role

Centum Real Estate Limited is seeking a Sales Admin to support its fast‑growing sales operations in Nairobi. You will act as the primary liaison between clients, the sales team and internal departments, ensuring smooth documentation, accurate record‑keeping and a polished showroom experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate client communications, respond to queries, and manage appointments.
• Maintain and update client records in CRM systems with high accuracy.
• Organise all sales documentation, verify completeness and compliance.
• Track deal progress, flag delays and prepare regular pipeline reports.
• Support invoicing, payment tracking and follow‑ups with finance.
• Ensure showroom readiness, conduct inspections and manage marketing material inventory.

Required profile

• Minimum B+ (KCSE) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Second‑Class Upper Division preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in administrative, operations or sales support roles.
• Experience in real‑estate or structured sales environments is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
