Sales Agent – Real Estate

About the role

Surelift Solutions Limited is seeking enthusiastic Sales Agents to join their real‑estate team in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, guiding them through property presentations and helping them make informed decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist prospective buyers and visitors at the sales office.
• Conduct professional property presentations and site tours.
• Explain property features, pricing, payment plans, and amenities.
• Follow up on enquiries, nurture leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain accurate visitor and lead records.
• Ensure sales materials are readily available and the sales office remains presentable.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Well‑groomed with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in English.
• Preferred age: 20–25 years.
• Eager to learn, easy to train, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with prospective clients.
• Residence along Kiambu Road, Thindigua, Quickmart Kiambu Road, Thika, or Juja.

• Monthly salary ranging from KES 15,000 to KES 30,000.
• Full‑time, onsite position in Westlands, Nairobi.
