Sales & Customer Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Sales & Customer Service Advisor to join our retail team at AutoXpress. You will be the first point of contact for customers both in‑store and over the phone, delivering exceptional service and guiding them through our automotive product range.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist retail customers in person and via telephone.
• Provide product information, answer enquiries and help customers make purchasing decisions.
• Support sales advisors, handle complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
• Manage cash transactions, visual merchandising and store upkeep.
• Follow safety, security and regulatory compliance standards.
• Contribute to sales growth by applying sales strategies and analysing performance data.
• Develop deep knowledge of automotive products, accessories, specifications and installation procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to outstanding service.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
