Sales Development Representative – Bilingual

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Bilingual Sales Development Representative to generate new business opportunities and expand our client base for digital marketing and social media services. The role involves proactive outbound outreach to U.S. prospects and presenting our organic social media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns and LinkedIn engagement.
• Identify and qualify prospects interested in social media marketing.
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline of opportunities.
• Present the company’s value proposition to decision‑makers.
• Educate clients on the benefits of organic social media marketing and content creation.

Required profile

• Advanced conversational English (B2+/C1) for interaction with U.S. clients.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an SDR or in a similar sales role.
• Proven track record in prospecting, lead generation and outbound sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

What we offer

• Full‑time employment (Monday‑Friday, 3 PM – 1 AM Kenya time).
• Base salary plus a commission structure (up to 10 % on new business and recurring monthly commissions on active contracts).
