About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our fast‑growing team in Nairobi. You will be the first point of contact with potential clients, responsible for generating high‑quality opportunities and booking meetings for the sales organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting through calls, emails and multi‑channel outreach.
  • Qualify leads, identify client needs and create interest in our services.
  • Handle cold calls confidently, overcome objections and build rapport quickly.
  • Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales reps and maintain accurate CRM data.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and contribute to pipeline growth.
  • Continuously improve scripts, messaging and product knowledge.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of experience in SDR/BDR, cold calling or appointment setting.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and meeting‑booking.
  • Strong resilience, persistence and a KPI‑driven mindset.
  • Advanced English (C1) – spoken and written.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.

Required skills

  • Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot or Apollo.
