About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate qualified sales opportunities for the team through outbound prospecting, lead qualification and follow‑up. Working closely with Sales Agents, the SDR builds a pipeline of potential clients, engages decision‑makers and schedules discovery meetings.

Key responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients via phone calls and email outreach.
  • Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Agents.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
  • Conduct market research and run outbound campaigns to uncover new business prospects.
  • Update prospect activity and pipeline status in the CRM.
  • Meet daily and weekly activity targets.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma (minimum).
  • At least 1 year of experience in PEO, outbound sales, lead generation or business development.
  • Strong phone, communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Comfortable speaking with decision‑makers and C‑level executives.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.
