Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Call Center

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and lead qualification. The role involves high‑volume outreach across multiple channels and close collaboration with Account Executives to grow the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Execute multi‑channel outreach strategies to engage potential clients.
• Qualify leads based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) criteria.
• Schedule meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain and update accurate records in CRM systems.
• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity and conversion targets.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to drive pipeline growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, SDR, outbound sales, or call‑center roles.
• Fluent English (C1 level or higher) with a clear, neutral accent suitable for international clients.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
