About the role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a revenue‑focused position responsible for generating new business opportunities through high‑volume outbound prospecting. You will work closely with Account Executives to build a robust pipeline and represent the company professionally to potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Make over 100 outbound calls daily via phone, email, and automated sequences.
• Qualify leads by assessing interest and fit using strategic questioning.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.
• Maintain a steady flow of sales opportunities in the CRM.
• Develop empathy and trust with prospects, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve campaign performance.
