Sales Development Representative (SDR) – IT Support & Telecom Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our IT Support & Telecom Services team. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth through B2B sales in the technology sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new B2B customers through cold outreach and networking.
• Conduct product demonstrations and articulate technical value propositions to C‑level executives.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain accurate records of activities and pipeline in CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless hand‑over of qualified leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in software or IT services.
• Strong ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts such as cloud, cybersecurity and APIs.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent presentation, active listening and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and comfortable handling rejection.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Experience using modern sales engagement tools.
