About the role
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate qualified sales opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the sales team. Working on outbound campaigns, the SDR builds a pipeline of potential clients and supports the sales agents in closing deals.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify potential clients through phone calls and email outreach.
- Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Agents.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Conduct market research and launch outbound campaigns to uncover new business prospects.
- Update prospect activity and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Meet daily and weekly activity targets.
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in PEO, outbound sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Strong phone, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with decision‑makers and C‑level executives.
- Highly organized, results‑driven, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

- Microsoft Office.
- CRM systems.
