Sales Executive – Events & Event Production

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive new business for event management and production services, targeting corporates, government bodies, NGOs and other organisations across sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and acquire new clients for conference, summit, exhibition, product launch and hybrid event services.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline, conduct networking, cold‑calling and email outreach, and present complete event solutions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close sales while maintaining accurate records of activities.
• Grow existing client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably in event services or related B2B sectors.
• Proven ability to prospect, pitch solutions, negotiate and close deals with senior decision‑makers.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building skills.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Events, Hospitality or a related field is preferred.
