Sales Executive / Marketer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive / Marketer to join our team in Nairobi. The role focuses on driving sales, promoting our furniture products, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through field visits, networking and digital platforms.
• Promote and market the company’s furniture products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
• Prepare regular sales reports and updates.
• Collaborate with the team to develop marketing strategies and campaigns.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 24 months of proven sales and marketing experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good understanding of digital marketing platforms (advantage).
• Self‑motivated, aggressive and target‑oriented.

• Salary ranging from KES 30,000 to KES 45,000 per month plus performance‑based commission.
