Sales & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to drive growth for our car‑hire business in Nairobi. You will combine market research, lead generation and client relationship management to increase brand awareness and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and market segments through research and profiling.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote services.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demos and pitches to prospective clients.
• Generate leads, follow up inquiries and qualify prospects via calls, emails and social media.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients, addressing needs and ensuring satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create brochures, flyers and online content.
• Plan and execute campaigns, promotions and events to drive traffic and conversions.
• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs and analyse data for improvement.
• Provide market feedback to management for product and pricing decisions.
• Use CRM software to manage leads and record interactions.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms, preparing proposals and quotes.

Required profile

• Mid‑level professional with at least 24 months of sales and marketing experience.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, operations and customer service teams.
