About the role
The Sales & Operations Executive will lead the end‑to‑end sales process and ensure smooth operational delivery for our clients. You will be responsible for generating new business, converting prospects into customers, and maintaining high client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads, create tailored quotes or proposals.
- Conduct follow‑up calls, address objections, and close deals while handling paperwork and down‑payment collection.
- Oversee client servicing to guarantee satisfaction and timely sign‑off.
- Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with company goals.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and track performance metrics.
- Produce regular reports, including balance‑sheet and profit‑and‑loss statements.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales and operations management with a proven track record.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using data analytics tools.
