About the role

The Sales Representative II is responsible for managing a portfolio of assigned accounts, delivering technical service, and creating value for customers. The role focuses on maintaining revenue, capturing price, and improving gross profit while identifying new product opportunities within existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned accounts or groups of accounts and act as the primary point of contact.
• Provide technical service to customers, ensuring value creation and satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue new product opportunities and sell to existing customers.
• Maintain revenue streams, capture pricing, and work to improve gross profit margins.
• Support new‑business acquisition when appropriate, without it being the primary focus.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of the sales process and technical aspects of the products.
• Ability to independently perform non‑routine, moderately complex assignments.
• Strong analytical skills to research, process, and recommend actions based on data.
• Proficiency with computers and data‑management systems.
• Capability to provide direction to lower‑level employees and, when needed, determine methods, sequences, or modifications to products and equipment.
