About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Nairobi, Westlands. The role involves promoting our retail, fashion and FMCG products and meeting sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship management abilities.
- Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Good organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
