Sales & Retail Associate (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Retail Associates to join our store team. This entry-level position involves supporting daily sales activities and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product inquiries, selections and general service needs.
• Support daily store operations, including merchandising, product arrangement and display setup.
• Maintain a clean, organized and customer-friendly store environment.
• Handle stock replenishment, basic inventory tasks and ensure proper stock presentation.
• Participate in promotional activities and customer engagement initiatives.
• Perform other general store duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Entry-level candidates with up to 12 months of retail experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Attention to detail and a customer-focused attitude.
