About the role
We are seeking an experienced Sales Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs for our sales representatives, especially those early in their careers. The role blends virtual and in‑person instruction with hands‑on coaching to boost B2B sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver virtual & on‑site training aligned with business objectives.
- Facilitate sessions on prospecting, closing techniques, objection handling, and follow‑up strategies.
- Provide 1:1 and group coaching for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
- Partner with Sales and HR teams on recruitment, onboarding, and talent development.
- Analyze KPIs and performance data to refine training effectiveness.
- Create and update engaging training materials and resources.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and stay current on B2B sales trends.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience (BDR or similar preferred).
- 1–2 years in leadership, coaching, or training roles.
- Proven experience across the full sales cycle.
- Exposure to recruitment or talent evaluation is a plus.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but flexible based on experience.
