Scaling Manager – Kenya (Remote, Nairobi based)

About the role

Parenting for Lifelong Health is seeking a collaborative and resourceful Scaling Manager to lead the expansion of its evidence‑based parenting programme, ParentApp, across Kenya. Based in Nairobi and working remotely, you will partner with government, academic and civil‑society stakeholders to adapt and embed a blended‑digital solution that reduces violence against children and supports caregiver wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a government‑led delivery architecture for evidence‑based parenting support.
• Adapt, localise and deploy the ParentApp digital platform within existing Kenyan systems.
• Develop a detailed Year 1 workplan, implementation roadmap and governance structure.
• Coordinate national partnerships, manage the project budget and supervise a Scaling Associate where needed.
• Track reach projections, oversee technical configuration and ensure referral pathways are operational.
• Report progress to the Senior Programme Manager and collaborate with global scaling and innovation teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling behavioural‑change interventions and digitally enabled programmes in Kenya.
• Strong background managing complex, multi‑partner projects and working closely with government and civil‑society organisations.
• Excellent collaborative, resourceful and socially‑committed mindset.
