- Conduct due diligence, title investigations and risk assessments, and advise clients on structure, legal risk and practical solutions.
- Supervise and mentor junior advocates, legal assistants and conveyancing clerks.

- Liaise with financial institutions, developers, valuers, surveyors, planners, registries and other advocates.
- Maintain strong client relationships as the senior point of contact on major matters.
- Support strategic improvement of the property practice and manage Lands Registry and Ardhi Sasa processes.

- Experience supervising legal teams or mentoring junior lawyers.
- Background in residential, commercial and developer‑side transactions, including work for purchasers, vendors, developers and financial institutions.
- Exposure to off‑plan developments, sectional property, subdivisions or large‑scale projects is a plus.
Required skills
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal review capabilities.
- In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan property and conveyancing law.
