Senior Data Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to design and implement robust data environments that support our clients’ reporting and analytics needs. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on development, focusing on scalable cloud solutions in Azure, AWS or similar platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with technical and client teams to define strategy and implementation details.
• Gather business and technical requirements with project teams.
• Lead the architecture of scalable, configurable cloud data solutions.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide expert hands‑on technical support, consultation and coaching to clients.
• Develop and manage technical strategies, evaluating new technologies and partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in SQL development, Python programming, and cloud data architecture.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and communication skills.
• Experience with logical and physical data modeling (Kimball methodology).
• Background in Windows or Linux server administration and performance tuning.
