Senior Financial Controller – Remote

About the role

Limepack is scaling its manufacturing and packaging business and needs a senior finance professional to build a forward‑looking, automated financial infrastructure. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will focus on strategic planning, compliance projects and mentoring the finance team while supporting the CEO and COO.

Key responsibilities

• Design and automate financial forecasts, budgets, scenario models and liquidity tracking, including frameworks for inventory and stock‑keeping.
• Lead the implementation of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation compliance system, covering extended producer responsibility reporting, cost management and recyclability tracking.
• Serve as the primary financial advisor to the CEO and COO, translating complex financial data into strategic recommendations.
• Mentor the Finance Manager and foster the development of the finance department without managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks.

What we offer

• Full‑time remote position (39 hours per week) with a fixed salary based on experience.
