Senior Gen AI Solutions Architect

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Gen AI Solutions Architect to design, build, and scale enterprise‑grade AI applications on Azure. The role combines deep solution architecture with engineering leadership, focusing on Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, AI agents, and seamless integration with Microsoft business platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and implement end‑to‑end Gen AI solutions (RAG systems, AI agents) using Azure OpenAI and related Azure services.
• Design scalable microservices and orchestration pipelines for LLM workflows with Python and cloud‑native principles.
• Lead integration of AI capabilities with SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
• Define and enforce software architecture standards based on SOLID principles and proven design patterns.
• Guide engineering teams on best practices in AI development, cloud engineering, and prompt engineering.
• Drive prompt‑engineering strategies and model optimisation for production‑grade GPT‑based solutions.
• Oversee deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI applications on Azure.

Required profile

• 10–15 years of experience in solution architecture and cloud engineering.
• Proven expertise with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, and Azure cloud application development.
• Strong background in .NET development and Python for AI microservices.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms (SharePoint, Dynamics, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor senior and junior engineering teams.
