Senior Human Resource & Administration Officer

About the role

AAA Roses is seeking a Senior Human Resource & Administration Officer to lead HR initiatives and oversee office operations. This senior position will ensure compliance with policies, support recruitment, and maintain a smooth administrative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from job posting to interview coordination.
• Prepare employment contracts, promotions, transfers and termination letters.
• Lead onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including exit interviews.
• Maintain accurate, confidential employee records and manage payroll data inputs.
• Coordinate training, workshops and development programs.
• Handle employee relations, disciplinary actions and grievance procedures in line with labour law.
• Oversee office administration, driver rosters, lease management and health‑safety compliance.
• Administer employee benefits such as health insurance and pension schemes.
• Maintain fixed‑asset register, bank guarantees and security protocols.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma in Human Resource Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a busy HR environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory abilities.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation and office administration.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using HR information systems.
