Senior IT Endpoint Engineer

About the role

Reltio is looking for a hands‑on Senior IT Endpoint Engineer to lead the design, security and optimisation of its global, remote‑first endpoint ecosystem. You will work across Windows, macOS, iOS and Android devices, ensuring a seamless, secure digital workplace for Reltio and its SAP‑aligned fleets.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain centralized endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
• Define global workstation standards, configuration baselines and performance optimisation for macOS and Windows fleets.
• Manage the full hardware and software deployment lifecycle, including zero‑touch provisioning with Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to enforce endpoint hardening, compliance and incident response.
• Drive automation and scripting initiatives to streamline onboarding, off‑boarding and routine maintenance tasks.
• Provide senior‑level technical guidance and mentorship to the IT Enterprise Applications team.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and operating enterprise‑scale endpoint management solutions.
• Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android operating systems.
• Hands‑on expertise with Microsoft Intune, Jamf, Windows Autopilot and Apple Business Manager.
• Ability to translate strategic infrastructure plans into tactical execution.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a customer‑first mindset.
