Senior Program Manager – Scale & Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a senior professional to join Noora Health’s Global Scaling and Partnerships team. Reporting to the Head of Global Scaling and Partnerships, you will help drive the expansion of our Care Companion Program across Africa and the MENA region, overseeing active pilots and shaping the next phases of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day oversight of active NIAB pilots and country partnerships, tracking milestones, monitoring programme data and identifying risks early.
• Maintain the operational rhythm of the portfolio through regular check‑ins, milestone trackers and data reviews, providing clear visibility to senior leadership.
• Work directly with partners and local teams to troubleshoot challenges and keep programmes on schedule.
• Contribute to strategic analysis and market‑development work, including scoping new geographies, drafting concept notes and building partner relationships.
• Lead Africa and MENA market development while supporting the global scaling portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior program or project management within health or social impact sectors.
• Comfortable engaging with country directors on operational issues and preparing strategic documents for new country entry.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate field learnings into scaling strategies.
