Senior Technical Project Manager

About the role

Sonata Software is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex enterprise and web‑application projects. The role combines deep technical understanding with strong project leadership to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and secure solutions for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, planning, estimation, execution, QA, deployment, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, dependency maps, risk registers, RAID logs, and delivery dashboards.
• Ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery of application modules and features.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, developers, QA teams, and customer stakeholders to align technical decisions with business goals.
• Provide technical guidance on architecture, APIs, integrations, databases, and cloud‑native components.

Required profile

• 12‑16 years of experience managing large‑scale software projects.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional engineering teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
