About the role

Crystal Africa Cleaning Service Limited is seeking a disciplined, high‑integrity Senior Treasury Accountant to lead its financial operations team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role is pivotal for safeguarding liquidity, managing capital structures, and ensuring fiscal rigor across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily output and accuracy of Billing, General Ledger, and Reconciliation accountants.
• Manage a multi‑bank structure, overseeing strategic fund flows between revenue, operational, and reserve accounts.
• Monitor weekly cash positions, transferring excess liquidity into corporate reserve vehicles and interest‑bearing accounts.
• Ensure payroll accounts are fully liquid and secured ahead of disbursement.
• Validate field‑data reconciliations and suspend funding to units with variances or integrity issues.
• Oversee General Ledger function to guarantee zero‑penalty statutory filings and maintain audit‑ready project tagging for grant‑funded initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.
• CPA‑K or ACCA membership in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years progressive finance experience, including at least 3 years in treasury or cash management.
