Social Media Manager – Coffee Brand

About the role

Waziri Coffee is looking for a creative Social Media Manager to lead its online presence across multiple platforms. You will be responsible for crafting engaging content that showcases the brand’s story, products, and community initiatives while driving audience growth and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow the brand’s Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube channels.
• Develop and maintain a weekly content calendar.
• Create short‑form videos, reels, promotional graphics, and storytelling posts.
• Film on‑field activities and produce real‑time content.
• Monitor engagement metrics, analyse performance, and deliver weekly reports.
• Suggest innovative campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
• Support paid advertising initiatives and customer engagement programs.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.
• Strong storytelling ability and a keen eye for visual design.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently.
