Software Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join TecAlliance's Process Solutions Department as a Software Developer. You will work with a small, focused team to design, develop, test, maintain and operate the central master data platform (CIM) that underpins critical business processes worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop the CIM application in collaboration with Product Owners, Architects and the team.
• Build cloud‑native backend services on AWS using Go and Neo4j/Cypher.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform and Serverless Framework.
• Drive AI‑enabled software delivery and ensure continuous improvement of the development lifecycle.
• Maintain high quality, testability, documentation and security of all deliverables.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• 2‑5 years of professional software development experience, preferably in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with cloud‑native architectures and secure coding practices.
• Strong English communication skills for international collaboration.

Required skills

• Go (or willingness to learn).
• Neo4j graph database and Cypher query language.
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) services.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Serverless Framework for deployment automation.
• REST API design and implementation.
